Title VII – Responsibility and exclusion
7.1 observance of the Show Rules
The organizing club of a show is responsible to FIFe for the observance of the Show Rules.
It must provide all judges, especially judges of clubs not affiliated to FIFe, with all information regarding the application of the rules concerning classes according to article 5.4 of these rules.
7.2 shows in countries where there is no FIFe Member
Certificates gained in countries where there is no FIFe member will be counted as certificates from the organizing FIFe member.
7.3 the non-smoking rule
Smoking in show halls is strictly prohibited with the exception of restaurant areas.
7.4 violation of the rules
FIFe members must notify the Board of the FIFe of any violation of the rules demonstrated during a show in a detailed, accurate report within two months after the show in question.
The FIFe Board will decide according to the Statutes.
7.5 investigation by the Show Commission
All cases not catered for in the present rules and all disputes will be investigated by the Show Commission which will then send their report and recommendations to the Board of FIFe, the Board shall report its conclusions to the Show Commission.
Title VIII – Showing in non-FIFe clubs, “Open doors” and exceptions to the Show Rules (annex)
8.1 showing in non-FIFe clubs
1. In a country where a FIFe member does not exist and where legislation does not allow affiliation, the members of a club are allowed to exhibit their cats at shows held under the auspices of FIFe.
The entry forms for these exhibitors must be sent, together with copies of titles won by the entered cat, in order to have these checked.
FIFe members are allowed to show their cats in CFA shows outside of Europe and CFA members are allowed to show in FIFe shows outside of Europe.
8.2 Open doors
1. Permit non-FIFe members to participate as exhibitors on FIFe-shows and permit FIFe-members to exhibit on non FIFe-shows;
2. Exhibitors belonging to any non-FIFe organisation may enter cats at FIFe shows under the following conditions:
a. All non-FIFe exhibitors must agree to respect all FIFe Rules and Standards.
b. An adult cat or neuter which does not have a FIFe title must be entered into Class 9 or 10 respectively. A cat with a FIFe title or one possessing certificates towards a FIFe title shall be entered in the appropriate class.
c. All applications from non-FIFe exhibitors should be sent in and countersigned by the exhibitor’s own organisation.
d. All entry fees from non-FIFe-members should be paid in accordance with the instructions of the organisers.
3. FIFe certificates may only be obtained at FIFe shows and are the only certificates valid to obtain a FIFe-title.
4. This rule shall be extended for five years until 31.12.2008.

Annex 1 – Portugal

Annex 3 – United Kingdom, Iceland, Israel and Malta
Permit the United Kingdom, Iceland and Malta, so long as present quarantine rules remain in existence and Israel because of its geographic location:
All certificates to be granted in one country:
- International Champion/Premier - 5 CACIB/CAPIB under 3 different judges
- Grand International Champion/Premier - 7 CAGCIB/CAGPIBs under 5 different judges
- European Champion/Premier - 10 CACE/CAPEs under 7 different judges
Annex 4 – Russia
Exemption for Russia for three years until 31 December 2008:
1.To obtain the International Champion or Premier a cat must have been awarded five CACIB or CAPIB by three different judges in one country.
2.To obtain the title Grand International Champion or Premier a cat must have been awarded 7 CAGCIB or CAGPIB in two different countries with three different judges.
Annex 5 – Norway and Sweden

Annex 6 – Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil
The following exemptions for Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil are valid until 31.12.2008:
All certificates to be granted in one country:
International Champion/Premier 3 CACIB/CAPIB under 3 different judges
Grand International Champion/Premier 6 CAGCIB/CAGPIB under 4 different judges
FIFe American Champion/Premier 9 FAC/FAP under 5 different judges
Annex 7 – French exhibitors

Annex 8 – Belarus
Because of the economic situation the following exemption to Article 1.8f) is granted to Belarus for three years until 31.12.2008:
At least 100 cats must be entered for competition and listed in the catalogue at an international show.
To obtain the title International Champion or International Premier:
– 5 CACIB/CAPIB, under at least three different judges in one country
To obtain the title European Champion or European Premier:
– 10 CACE/CAPE, under at least seven different judges in two different countries
This exception is effective until 31.12.2008.
Annex 9 – Iceland, Israel and Malta
Because of the fact that Iceland organises only two double shows per year, there is a special exception to Article 4.15 allowing the title Junior Winner to be awarded to a cat which has won “Best in Show” three (3) times in classes 11 and 12.
Due to the geographical location and climatic circumstances in Israel and Malta, there is a special exception to Article 4.15 allowing the title of Junior Winner to be awarded to a cat which has won ‶Best in Show※ three (3) times in classes 11 and 12.
